Paraffin Sock 

Place the sock in the hot boiled  water or microwave in high level for around 5 minutes. 

Carefully remover sock from microwave or hot water, The sock are ready to apply when the heart indicator is dark grey . 

Cut opening at the wrist and slowly slip your clean , dry feet into the sock. Secure opening with hook and loop fastener located

on sock. Treat feet for 15 minutes , gently remove sock and massage essential oil into the skin.
